Weekly maintenance services include:
- Mowing grass to the proper height
- Trimming and/or edging along homes, flowerbeds, driveways, walkways, and hard surfaces
- Blowing debris from driveway, walkways, porches, decks, planters, and flowerbeds
Additional Services & Hourly Rates
In addition to routine mowing and edging, customers may request extra services such as pruning, weeding, light cleanups, and other labor-based tasks.
Leaf blowing and leaf removal may be performed at an extra cost to help protect the grass underneath and keep the property looking neat and well-maintained. This service is billed as extra labor.
Customers who prefer no additional labor may request that only standard mowing, edging, and blowing of hard surfaces be performed. We do have to suggest against this as it will leave the yard covered in leaves, and often kills any grass underneath them.
All additional labor is billed at an hourly rate of:
$75 per man, per hour
Specific services and scheduling will always be discussed in advance to ensure expectations are clear.
