We're honored to share that Landscape Logic has been voted Best of Chapel Hill 2026 in Chapel Hill Magazine's annual readers' poll.

What makes this one meaningful is where it came from. Best of Chapel Hill isn't an editorial pick or a paid placement — winners are chosen by readers across Orange County, from Chapel Hill, Durham, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. So this recognition came directly from the homeowners we care for.

To everyone who took a minute to vote for us: thank you. We don't take it lightly.

What We Think It Reflects
We've been working in Chapel Hill, Durham, and Pittsboro for more than 30 years, and the work itself hasn't changed much: show up when we say we will, diagnose the problem before we start digging, and do it properly the first time.

Most of what we do isn't glamorous. It's a lawn that finally fills in after years of thin, patchy growth. It's a backyard that stops holding water three days after a storm. It's a property that looks cared for every week without the homeowner having to think about it. Recognition like this suggests we're getting that part right.

Fall Is the Season That Decides Next Year's Lawn
Since we have your attention: if you have been thinking about doing something about your lawn, now is the window. In the Triangle, September through mid-October is the best time of year to aerate and overseed fescue. Soil is still warm enough for germination, nights are cooling off, and new grass has the fall and spring to establish before summer heat arrives.

It's also a good time to address drainage. The wet months are ahead, and the areas of your yard that hold water will become obvious again.

If either one is on your list, we're glad to come take a look. Evaluations are free, and there is no obligation.
Thank You, Chapel Hill
Let's Talk About Your Yard
